Cricketer Matthew Hayden Helps Turn Up the Heat on Prostate Pancer - PCFA - Big Aussie Barbie Fundraiser

Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia - September is the Big Auusie Barbie Month
04/09/2013
On 3rd of September Australia's most famous cricketer Matthew Hayden visited Brisbane to help promote raising the awareness of the effects of prostate cancer for the Australian Foundation of Prostate Cancer Research.

Host a BBQ to help raise research funds...

There’s nothing like a barbie for getting people together
And when that barbie raises money to help fight prostate cancer – now that’s something worth getting together for.

Over 120,000 men in Australia are living with prostate cancer and 20,000 more are diagnosed annually. Every year, 3,300 of those men don’t survive.

Prostate cancer kills more men than breast cancer kills women, but awareness of the disease and its funding are tiny by comparison. That’s why we need you to host a fundraising barbecue this September with your friends, family or workmates.

Help turn up the heat on prostate cancer.
