A must see when visiting Kom Ombo, Fawi, a wonderful gentleman, earns his living from the his cobra's and the tourist dollar. For a small amount (5 Egyptian pounds or more) Fawi will allow photos to be takne of him, unfortunately as I witnessed many tourist do not find the parting with money easy. If he is good enough to photograph then he should be paid.
